About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert – Doorman creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, handling operational needs and guest requests.
- Provide local area highlights, complete reports, and maintain a safe, professional environment.
- Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and place objects as described.
