About the role
Join the Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah team as a Sales Executive, driving corporate and group business to enhance revenue and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, government entities and key local businesses.
- Generate room night, meeting, event and group business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience within the UAE hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and an established network of corporate contacts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
