About the role
The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Reservations Agent to handle multi‑property bookings. You will process reservations, changes, and cancellations while delivering exceptional service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Identify guest needs, verify room availability, rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
- Document special requests and answer questions about property facilities and services.
- Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and input correct codes for special room types.
- Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns and adhere to company policies, appearance standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
