Guest Relation Officer

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of Guest Relation Officers to ensure every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome. You will be the first point of contact in the branch, guiding customers through their visit and supporting a seamless experience from entry to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a professional and friendly welcome as they enter the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each visit and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Connect customers with scheduled appointments to the correct Sales Executive.
• Support a smooth customer journey throughout the branch experience.
• Ensure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving the branch.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver excellent service.

• Strong written and spoken English.
