Guest Relations Agent – Russian-speaking

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent will be the primary point of contact for VIP and repeat guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort. This role requires fluency in Russian and English to provide personalized service to Russian‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet VIP and repeat guests personally, delivering special recognition and tailored services.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Butler teams for hotel events, restaurant promotions, limousine arrangements, and special requests.
• Prepare and update guest arrival compendiums, repeat‑guest history, and room allocation lists.
• Send welcome cards and amenities to rooms before guest arrival.
• Handle guest complaints, refer issues as needed, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review arrival lists to ensure correct room allocations, amenities, and special requests are met.
• Prepare requisitions for amenities promptly and manage related administrative duties.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
• Ability to develop rapport with colleagues, management, and multicultural teams.
• Calm, courteous demeanor with a focus on guest needs, even in challenging situations.
• Degree from a School of Tourism or Hotel Management.
