Guest Relations Executive – Amara Lounge Service

About the role

Join the Amara Lounge team at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate as a Guest Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalized attention.
• Coordinate dining reservations, special occasions and ensure flawless execution.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive service to VIP and regular guests, anticipating needs and recalling preferences.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed information on in‑house dining themes and local highlights.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests promptly, turning any dissatisfaction into positive experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a courteous demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel management software such as Opera Cloud.
