Guest Relations Manager – Luxury Dining

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest experience at TAPASAKE, a premium dining concept that blends Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine. You will be responsible for delivering seamless, high‑touch service for all guests, including VIPs and repeat visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Guest Relations department, ensuring adherence to procedures and consistency across all locations.
• Create personalized, memorable experiences for guests, managing VIPs, celebrities, and special occasions.
• Lead service recovery initiatives for high‑profile situations.
• Collaborate with operations, reservations, F&B, and marketing teams to enhance the overall guest journey.
• Coach and develop the guest relations team to meet luxury service standards.
• Handle telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, converting interactions into repeat business.
• Track reservations, special requests, and daily arrival reports, coordinating with relevant departments for flawless execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify revenue‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager in upscale lifestyle dining venues.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with project‑management experience.
• Business awareness of external markets and competitors.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
