Guest Relations Officer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Guest Relations Officer who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team at Nas House in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, handling bookings, and supporting events in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, members, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Handle bookings, reservations, and scheduling for Nas House facilities and events.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, check‑ins, and special requests.
• Support planning and execution of events, workshops, networking sessions, and community activities.
• Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and guest management.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the venue.
• Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help monitor venue readiness, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks related to memberships, events, and operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, events, or operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends when events require support.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Experience using booking systems.
