About the role
The Guest Relations Officer ensures a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all showroom visitors, guiding them smoothly to the sales department and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit, and forward to relevant team members.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve queries promptly, and escalate when necessary.
- Log visit details including time, date, and visitor information.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of personnel and procedures through training.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer‑facing role.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of IT systems is beneficial.
Required skills
- Excellent English communication.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
