Guest Service Executive – Front Office

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join its Front Office team. This position focuses on delivering personalized guest relations, building loyalty with repeat guests and VIPs, and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, recognizing loyalty and providing tailored service.
• Collect and analyse guest feedback, using insights to drive service improvements.
• Handle complex guest issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Assist in coordinating guest events and special occasions, guaranteeing exceptional execution.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and contribute to best‑practice initiatives.
• Promote hotel services and packages in a personalized manner to enrich the guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related industry.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
