About the role
The Guest Service Officer – Reservations at Andaz Dubai The Palm will ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and personalized booking experience. You will handle reservations accurately, respond promptly to inquiries, and collaborate with hotel teams to set the tone for a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide detailed booking information.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest arrival.
- Maintain reservation records and update the system as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Arabic speaking ability preferred.
- Familiarity with the Opera reservation system is beneficial.
