Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role
The Guest Services Executive is the primary point of contact for guests from arrival through departure at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage enquiries, and deliver service that exceeds the Jumeirah Signature Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival, complete registration, issue room keys and welcome booklets.
- Process departures, collect payments and accurately close guest bills.
- Assist guests throughout their stay, addressing requests and selling walk‑in rooms at optimal rates.
- Maintain a fully staffed, operational Guest Services Desk and ensure it is stocked at all times.
- Protect guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
- Enter registration details into the Front Office PMS promptly and verify completeness.
- File registration cards and dockets in designated buckets and perform regular checks.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and billing accurately.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule in a luxury hotel environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Front Office Property Management System (PMS).
