Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role

Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Services Executive to join the Front Office team of its upcoming Dubai property. The role focuses on delivering premium welcome experiences, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and supporting overall front‑desk operations in line with Jumeirah’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve refreshments to arriving guests and escort them for a detailed room orientation.
• Perform personalized check‑ins and check‑outs, including cash handling and payment follow‑ups.
• Manage front‑desk cashier duties and process guest registrations.
• Answer and route telephone, fax, and email inquiries from in‑house and prospective guests.
• Support other front‑office functions such as Club Executive, Concierge, Business Centre, and data entry as needed.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies.
• Participate in departmental training and strive to meet KPI targets, including up‑selling.
• Assist guests in the lobby, responding promptly to any queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Guest Services Executive or similar role in a 5‑star hotel.
• Secondary school certificate/diploma or a degree in hospitality management.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OPERA Property Management System.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
