About the role
The Guest Services Executive will join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, a luxury resort in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and escort arriving VIP guests to their rooms, coordinate luggage delivery and conduct courteous, efficient check‑ins.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on hotel outlets, amenities and services, actively upsell and make reservations as required.
- Share historical and cultural facts about the destination, acting as a storyteller for the hotel’s unique differentiators.
- Handle administrative duties of the Guest Relations operation, ensuring daily communication of important information to relevant departments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in guest relations or hospitality, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Comfort interacting with high‑profile guests and delivering personalized service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey cultural and historical information.
- Organisational ability to manage administrative tasks and internal communications efficiently.
