About the role
We are looking for an energetic Gym Sales Consultant who loves meeting people, has a passion for fitness, and is driven to achieve sales targets. You will be the first friendly face for visitors and help turn conversations into new memberships.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome every visitor with a warm smile and infectious energy.
- Understand fitness goals and recommend the appropriate membership.
- Follow up enquiries via calls, WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Close sales and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Build relationships that keep members coming back.
Required profile
- Natural bubbly, approachable personality with excellent English communication.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and strong follow‑up skills.
- Confidence to ask for the sale and a passion for helping people start their fitness journey.
- Previous gym membership sales experience is a strong advantage.
