Head Hostess – French Concept

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Head Hostess to lead the French concept restaurant at Jumeirah Al Qasr. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure seamless guest experiences from the moment they arrive.
Key responsibilities
- Manage dining reservations and special services in line with the Restaurant Reservations SOP.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Oversee the hostess desk, providing friendly and prompt welcomes to all guests.
- Assist colleagues to achieve work goals, fostering teamwork.
- Stay updated on hotel events, city information, menu specials and daily briefings.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase the outlet’s market share.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience as a hostess or similar role in a luxury 5‑star property.
- Experience in the UAE is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud) reservation system.
- Proven ability to handle guest complaints confidently.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
