Head Nurse – Clinical Leadership at HealthHub Clinic

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead the nursing team at its Al Nahda location. You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure safe patient‑centred care, and support a multidisciplinary team across family medicine, paediatrics, dentistry and more.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the nursing staff, manage staffing levels and workflow, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support physicians during consultations, procedures and assessments, and monitor patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑prevention standards and EMR documentation quality.
• Oversee clinic resources, supplies and incident management, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a BSN or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or charge‑nurse role.
• Experience in outpatient, ambulatory or multispecialty clinic settings.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic, Tagalog or other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms.
• BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS certification (advantageous).
