Head Nurse – Lead Nursing Team

About the role

The Head Nurse will lead and manage the nursing team at Mediclinic Arabian Ranches, ensuring patient‑centric, evidence‑based care and operational efficiency. This senior position is responsible for fostering a positive patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team.
• Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed in line with clinical standards.
• Develop employees and create an environment that promotes team engagement and positive patient experiences.
• Manage clinical and non‑clinical resources cost‑effectively to enhance safe patient care.
• Maintain compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards and drive continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited institute.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic.
• 3‑5 years of senior nursing experience is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to apply the five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process.
• Knowledge of relevant Acts, statutory regulations and directives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
