Head of Commercial – Lead Commercial Strategy for New Digital Telco Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the end‑to‑end commercial strategy for a new digital telco brand launching in the MENA region. Reporting to the founding country leadership team, you will shape the brand’s commercial engine from the ground up, driving revenue growth, pricing, customer value management and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial roadmap, including pricing architecture, CVM strategies, growth modelling and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and the Global Digital Advisory & Support Services teams to design customer‑centric offers, bundles and monetisation strategies.
• Build and maintain business models, track commercial performance and manage P&L levers to ensure strong topline growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute commercial partnerships that support acquisition and retention in a highly competitive digital environment.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in commercial strategy for digital or telecom businesses.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth, pricing optimisation and customer value management.
• Ability to work closely with product, strategy and advisory teams to translate market needs into profitable offers.
