Head of Digital Transformation / Transformation Director (Enterprise Systems)

About the role

eMagine Solutions is recruiting a senior Digital Transformation leader to own enterprise-wide change across operating model, process and platforms. It is described as a proper transformation leadership role, not a PowerPoint exercise. The role leads large-scale programmes end-to-end: ERP consolidation and migration, low-code workflow automation, governance and KPI frameworks, and customer-facing digital platforms that support commercial growth. The position is based in Dubai (hybrid/remote considered).

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise transformation roadmap, including platform strategy, investment priorities and delivery governance.
• Lead ERP consolidation and migration programmes across multiple regions and business units.
• Drive target operating model design: processes, roles, controls and ways of working.
• Deliver workflow automation and scalable integrations using low-code and enterprise platforms.
• Build benefits cases, KPIs and scorecards, and benefits realisation frameworks.
• Run stakeholder engagement from the boardroom to the delivery floor, including C-level sponsors, regional operations and technology teams.
• Lead change management and adoption so the business uses what is built.
• Bring structure to delivery: Agile where it fits, PRINCE2 governance where needed.

Required profile

• 12-18+ years of experience across digital and enterprise transformation, product and programme delivery.
• Proven track record delivering global, multi-country programmes; experience across 50+ countries is a strong plus.
• Strong in operating model redesign, process re-engineering and enterprise governance.
• Comfortable owning complex platforms such as ERP, low-code tools (e.g. Appian), BI and data warehousing, and PLM.
• Able to link programmes to profitability, working capital, revenue and customer outcomes.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders, credible and calm under pressure.
