Head of Finance Affairs Section

About the role

The Head of Finance Affairs Section will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of financial policies, procedures and systems across the corporation. This senior position supports all business units in achieving strategic objectives through effective financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and rollout of financial policies, procedures and systems to streamline operations.
• Coordinate the corporate annual budget in partnership with relevant units.
• Implement governance requirements and drive ethical, efficient management of the section.
• Supervise operational plans for revenues, claims, collections, payments, budgets, general accounts and treasury activities.
• Manage treasury processes including cash and cheque receipt, fee collection and periodic reconciliations.
• Review and approve financial reports from unit heads and present them to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with at least 9 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 11 years of experience.
