Head of Founder's Brand, Strategic Communications & Global Positioning

About the role

A senior, founder-facing position to build the company's brand, communications and positioning function from the ground up. The goal is to establish the company as a credible voice in AI and energy infrastructure and its founder as a trusted industry voice. The role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Own the communications plan and founder positioning strategy, including narrative, key messages and proof points
• Shape one consistent investor story across pitch decks, media, conferences and private meetings
• Build relationships with journalists, analysts and editors, and secure targeted speaking opportunities
• Lead thought leadership, including long-form articles, opinion pieces and the founder's LinkedIn presence
• Set brand and presentation standards and brief and manage external design, photography and video partners
• Protect confidential and patent-sensitive information in all external communication

Required profile

• 8+ years' experience in strategic communications and brand positioning roles within energy, power generation or industrial equipment companies
• Proven experience leading brand positioning, messaging and strategic communications
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, able to explain complex technical products simply and persuasively
• Experience building pitch decks and value propositions for investors, partners or major customers
• Exposure to data centres, AI infrastructure or start-up / venture-backed environments is a strong plus
