Head of Growth Social Media

About the role

Robot24.com is a global news platform focused on robotics. The company is looking for a Head of Growth Social Media to build a massive worldwide audience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X/Twitter, aiming to exceed one million followers by year‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimise a data‑driven social growth strategy for each platform.
• Identify and test winning content formats, hooks, titles, thumbnails and posting times.
• Analyse watch time, retention curves, CTR and follower conversion to inform iterative improvements.
• Run systematic A/B tests and turn high‑performing posts into repeatable content franchises.
• Design platform‑specific distribution tactics and stay ahead of algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with editorial, production and post‑production teams to translate insights into better content.
• Oversee paid social amplification for content that has proven organic potential.
• Partner with influencers and creators to expand a truly global audience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling social accounts from zero or early stages to large audiences, with concrete metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X/Twitter, especially short‑form and long‑form video distribution.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret retention graphs and audience behaviour quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced media environment where content is constantly tested and refined.
