Head of HR Operations

About the role

The Head of HR Operations will lead and manage HR Operations across the ADIB Group, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and strategic HR support for employees in all geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to business groups and Group Heads on staff operations and employee relations issues.
• Manage UAE and GCC pension funds, UAE Central Bank and National Service matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee local and international medical and life insurance schemes for the ADIB Group.
• Support ADIB International Branches with HR guidance and technical support.
• Lead the redesign, development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes.
• Coordinate with HR Management to develop HR strategy and solutions related to operations.
• Ensure effective delivery of services, controls, root‑cause analysis and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drive automation of HR Operations functions and manage the unit’s budget.
• Write and redesign HR policies and procedures.
• Handle individual grievances and fraud investigation cases in collaboration with the Head of Fraud Investigations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in employee relations, preferably within banking or financial services.
• UAE national citizenship.
• Demonstrated leadership, vision and strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
