About the role
We are seeking a Global Head of HR to lead people strategy, culture, talent and organisational development across a high‑growth fintech environment. The role partners closely with senior leadership and the business to build and scale HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute people strategy, culture, talent acquisition and organisational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR programs with business objectives and drive scaling of HR operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fintech or adjacent financial services organisations.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
