Head of Operations

About the role

Zurich Workplace Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Head of Operations to lead a high‑quality, digital customer service function. The role focuses on delivering strong customer outcomes, business growth and regulatory compliance while building relationships with trustees, regulators and senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Operations team, fostering innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Deliver service standards, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence using technology, data and insights.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for technology and customer service enhancements.
• Coach team members, manage performance and succession planning.
• Act as primary operational contact for trustees, investment advisors, regulators and strategic partners.
• Represent Operations in governance forums and executive stakeholder discussions.
• Provide operational insights, reporting and recommendations for decision‑making.
• Manage complex customer issues and escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a regulated environment.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement through technology and data.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building relationships with external partners, regulators and trustees.
• Demonstrated change leadership and business outcome delivery.
