Head of Operations – Wealth & Trading

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Operations for its Wealth & Trading division. You will own the end‑to‑end trading operations that serve millions of customers, designing processes and controls that ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, and client‑money safety.

Key responsibilities

• Align daily operations with global Wealth & Trading strategy and regulatory frameworks.
• Implement and maintain first‑line controls such as maker‑checker, reconciliations, exception and access management.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Compliance, Risk and Finance on regulatory and transaction reporting.
• Lead risk assessments, audits and remediation plans, and drive incident investigations and root‑cause analysis.
• Define, monitor and report operational KRIs/KPIs to senior leadership.
• Oversee selection, onboarding and management of brokers, custodians, middle‑office providers and data vendors.
• Ensure contractual obligations and operational dependencies are clearly understood and managed.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of operations experience in a securities business (fintech or brokerage).
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end trading and post‑trade flows across equities and ETFs; knowledge of other asset classes is a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and testing effective operational controls.
• Familiarity with UAE or regional brokerage regulatory requirements.
