Head of Sales – Russian or Ukrainian Speakers

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead and expand the sales division of Connbridge Real Estate Brokers in Dubai’s secondary property market. The role requires a seasoned professional fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, capable of driving high‑performing teams and delivering strong revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of real estate agents to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop agents, fostering continuous performance improvement.
• Design and execute sales strategies focused on the Dubai secondary market.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients, investors and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Integrate an existing team of agents into the company structure, if applicable.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and senior management to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian (mandatory).
• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in real estate.
• Strong network and deep knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market.
• Ability to bring an established team of agents (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, startup‑style environment.
