Head of Strategy & Transformation

About the role

The Head of Strategy & Transformation will steer the group‑wide transformation agenda for a diversified UAE‑based organization. Reporting to the board and senior leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure disciplined execution across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and define long‑term priorities for the group.
• Design, manage and monitor transformation roadmaps and performance dashboards.
• Establish PMO discipline, execution governance and decision frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and act as the bridge between strategy formulation and operational delivery.
• Support the board and executive team with regular reporting on progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation or management consulting.
• Proven track record working with multi‑business environments and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, executive presence and change‑leadership capability.
• Background in building PMOs or transformation offices is a distinct advantage.
