About the role
The Head of Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across a diversified UAE‑based group. This senior role supports the board and executive leadership in defining long‑term priorities, tracking delivery, and bridging strategy with execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of group‑wide strategic plans and transformation roadmaps.
- Manage cross‑functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Establish PMO discipline, decision‑making processes, and transformation offices.
- Act as a liaison between strategy formulation and operational execution, ensuring alignment with board priorities.
Required profile
- Senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, preferably within multi‑business environments.
- Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and board members.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, executive presence, and change‑leadership skills.
- Background in building PMOs or transformation offices is a strong advantage.
