Head of Supply Chain – Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive strategy, optimise procurement, logistics and inventory, and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Oversee logistics, inventory management and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor key performance indicators and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, production and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of supply chain and procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Significant experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
