Head - Strategic Planning & Execution

About the role

Aldar Education, the UAE's largest education group, is looking for a senior leader to own the strategic planning and execution function. The Head will bridge long‑term strategy with annual planning, budget cycles and performance reporting, ensuring alignment across all schools and academies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the annual strategic planning cycle and executive off‑site workshops.
• Consolidate departmental plans, objectives and KPIs into an integrated corporate roadmap.
• Partner with the Investment & Growth team to produce market intelligence and actionable insights for EXCOM and Board submissions.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and financial models to track progress against strategic targets.
• Lead the Operational Risk & Safety agenda across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, project management or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and influence cross‑functional alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and KPI tracking.
