About the role
A fine dining luxury restaurant in Abu Dhabi is hiring an experienced Head Waitress through its client. The role covers the full service of food and beverage, from greeting guests to delivering dishes to the table.
Key responsibilities
- Service food and beverage to guests
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional and personalized way
- Build in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Communicate with the kitchen about orders and carry meals and beverages to the correct tables
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
Required profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions at fine dining restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Excellent spoken English; multilingual
- Customer-focused with a can-do attitude and passion for food and drinks
- Able to stay calm and perform well under pressure
