Healthcare Nutrition Specialist

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist to promote Specialized Nutrition products across Al Ain. You will build scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and drive brand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Visit HCPs in hospitals, clinics and private practices to present scientific evidence and position Danone solutions as the preferred choice.
• Conduct audio‑visual scientific meetings, seminars and nutrition education activities.
• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor actions and develop tactics to protect market position.
• Maintain high product knowledge, handle queries/complaints and ensure compliance with WHO and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit promotional activity reports, manage daily database and achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dietetics, Biochemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory or related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or nutrition company.
• Valid UAE residency and driving licence.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Scientific argumentation and relationship development with HCPs.
• Ability to analyse market data and generate business initiatives.
• Compliance with ethical standards for infant formula products.
