Homeroom Teacher – Academic Year 2026/27

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Homeroom Teachers to join Aldar Education’s network of schools for the 2026/27 academic year. You will deliver inclusive, high‑quality instruction that encourages independence and maximises each child’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to a wide ability range.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system.
• Collaborate with colleagues, curriculum support staff, and specialists such as speech therapists.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour in line with school policy.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on student achievement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the UAE curriculum and commitment to the school’s core values.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider community.
• Reflective practitioner who uses assessment data to inform planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with classroom management techniques.
• Experience using student assessment tools (e.g., Target Tracker).
