Horeca Sales Executive

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe) Sales Executive in Dubai. The role generates sales revenue by prospecting and acquiring new clients in the hospitality sector, while building strong relationships with existing clients and working with the sales team to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients in the hotel, restaurant and cafe sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research on industry trends, competitors and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts; negotiate terms and close deals.
• Provide sales reports and forecasts to management and monitor performance metrics.
• Stay up to date on product features, benefits and pricing.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Horeca market dynamics, trends and customer needs.
