HORECA Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a full-time HORECA Senior Sales Executive in Dubai. The role combines business development, account management and order coordination for foodservice, hospitality and catering clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new HORECA clients across Dubai, and maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, and monitor competitors' activities, pricing and market trends
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handle their concerns, conduct follow-ups, meetings and product presentations, and share client feedback with management
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and inventory teams for timely delivery, and ensure accurate orders, documentation and invoicing
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecast sales, track KPIs and support marketing campaigns, product launches and client demos
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing and availability, and help evaluate quotations and manage client contracts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field (mandatory)
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the HORECA segment; UAE experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory); willingness to travel across Dubai and occasionally other Emirates
