Hospitality Recruiter – High Volume Talent Acquisition

About the role

The leading hospitality group in Dubai is looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This high‑volume, fast‑paced role will support multiple hotel properties across a wide range of operational, supervisory and management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for several hotel properties and departments.
• Handle high‑volume hiring for operational, supervisory and management‑level hospitality roles.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and networking.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit.
• Maintain multiple candidate pipelines and provide timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre‑employment documentation and onboarding.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and report on hiring progress.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career events and talent attraction initiatives.
• Achieve recruitment targets and meet time‑to‑fill KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality recruitment, preferably across multiple hotels or a cluster.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and roles in F&B, Rooms, Culinary, Engineering and other functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting challenging recruitment targets.
• UAE hospitality recruitment experience is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment platform.
