Hospitality Recruitment Screener – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Screener to join our expanding team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing top talent for a wide range of hospitality positions, ensuring a strong pipeline for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, agents and professional networks.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for diverse hospitality roles.
• Assess qualifications, experience, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients and hiring managers.
• Support hiring across positions such as waitstaff, kitchen crew, housekeeping, front‑office, maintenance and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality with an immigration background.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and various hospitality roles.
• Proven interviewing, screening and shortlisting abilities.
• Experience in agent sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to match high‑quality candidates with client needs.
