Hostess – Front‑of‑House Guest Experience

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Hostess, the first point of contact for guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and coordinate with the service team.
• Answer telephone inquiries and handle reservation requests.
• Recognize returning guests and special occasions, communicating details to the team.
• Assist with guest requests, feedback, and concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and follow grooming, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment (preferred).
• Warm, confident, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay composed during busy periods.
• Professional appearance and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
