About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates a memorable dining experience by delivering food, drinks, and attentive service. This role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure proper dining setup.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen.
- Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
- Clean and organize work areas and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
