About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a charismatic, guest‑focused Hostess to join the Sirene by GAIA team, Dubai’s premier beachfront dining destination. The role involves creating exceptional first impressions for guests in a vibrant luxury beach club environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first contact.
- Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with the floor team to maintain smooth service flow.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the venue’s offerings.
- Support the team during peak periods to uphold high service standards.
Required profile
- Charismatic and guest‑oriented personality.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
- Minimum of one month experience as a Hostess in a beach club or high‑end venue.
