Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

Join Le Méridien as a Guest Environment Expert and help create memorable experiences for our guests by ensuring every public area and guest room is spotless, welcoming, and safe. This full‑time position is based at our Al Mamsha Street hotel in Dubai and offers the chance to work within a globally recognised hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel spaces, including guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as making beds, sanitising bathrooms, and polishing surfaces.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Follow Marriott International policies, uphold confidentiality, and maintain professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and contribute to a safe work environment.
