About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel environment meets the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards, delivering memorable and unique experiences for guests through meticulous housekeeping and guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and handle room turnovers efficiently.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uphold confidentiality.
- Adhere to uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication standards.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
