About the role
Join Aloft in Dubai as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience through impeccable hotel cleanliness and guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and overall hotel environment.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company procedures.
