Hotel Manager – Lead Operations & Guest Experience

About the role

The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, profitability and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional or Area General Manager, you will act as the senior on‑site leader, ensuring alignment with ownership objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) in all operational and financial decisions.
• Develop and monitor financial plans, annual business budgets, capital expenditure proposals and ROI targets.
• Lead revenue initiatives, including marketing, sales, yield management and non‑room revenue optimization.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality guest services and swift handling of feedback.
• Uphold brand standards for service, product presentation and cleanliness across all departments.
• Implement preventative maintenance and asset protection programs.
• Collaborate with the regional corporate office to drive productivity and align with company goals.
• Manage talent development, succession planning, training and performance management.
• Oversee HR compliance, payroll, colleague engagement and health‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hotel operations management.
• Strong understanding of Hotel Management Agreements and ownership‑operator dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial and strategic plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
