Hotel Receptionist

About the role

We are a rapidly expanding hospitality and logistics firm operating across the UAE, seeking a polished, guest‑obsessed Hotel Receptionist to uphold our 5‑star service standards. The role is central to delivering seamless front‑of‑house experiences for international travelers and business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, and respond to inquiries, reservations, and concierge requests with precision and warmth.
• Maintain daily reservations using hotel PMS, update room statuses in real‑time, and coordinate with housekeeping and security.
• Process payments, handle cash reconciliations, and ensure accurate guest billing through POS and accounting tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest issues, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate when necessary to guarantee 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (concierge, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests and uphold service standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality regulations, safety protocols, and brand SOPs while maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle cash and guest issues efficiently.
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and front‑office best practices.
