Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites as a Housekeeping Attendant, where you will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that define our brand. You will be responsible for preparing guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, floors, and other surfaces.
• Attend to guest requests promptly while respecting privacy and comfort.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, and equipment defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings carefully and follow lost and found procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, cleaning equipment, and supplies in good working condition.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, including safe handling and storage of chemicals.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to hotel hygiene and environmental standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special housekeeping assignments as required.
