About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas meet Forbes Five‑Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards, delivering personalized service and a flawless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean, service and replenish guest rooms and assigned public areas to the highest luxury standards.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards or lost‑and‑found items promptly.
- Support room release coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Manage linen, uniform and master‑key control, and assist with laundry duties when needed.
- Fulfill special guest requests such as floral arrangements, embroidery and other personalized services.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Forbes Five‑Star service standards (advantageous).
