Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor

About the role

Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor to lead the team responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience through meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the public‑area housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and other guest‑facing areas.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with inventory control, stock ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
